User Research Interview
User research: Identified common practices, user goals, motivations, and pain points. Method: Interviews with 5 practitioners of varying experience. Three insights are revealed:
- Mindfulness is personal, with varied practices.
- Daily routines boost productivity and satisfaction.
- Strong correlation between mindfulness, health and fitness
